Notice for clients regulated by the GDPR

Thank you for uploading information (which may include Personal Data) into this portal for analysis and processing by Analysis Group Ltd. and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Analysis Group”) in providing consulting services to its clients (“Services”).  Please note the following:

-         The terms “Personal Data”, “processing”, “processed”, “data controller” and “data processor” will have the meanings given to them in European Union Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

-         Analysis Group will act solely as a data processor when processing Personal Data in connection with the Services.  The relevant Analysis Group client which uploaded the Personal Data will act as the data controller in connection with the Services.

-         Data may be shared with Analysis Group affiliates in London, Paris, Belgium, Canada and the United States as well as with the relevant Analysis Group client.   All transfers of Personal Data out of the European Union will be transferred to countries deemed as safe transfers under GDPR or in accordance with legally approved transfer mechanisms, such as the GDPR approved Model Clauses.

-         In proceeding to use the portal, you confirm that you or your organization have collected any legally required consents and/or have provided any legally required notifications (as applicable) to the individuals whose Personal Data you are uploading into the portal to inform them how their Personal Data is being processed, who will have access to the information, and where the information will be accessed in connection with the Services, as required by the GDPR.
